No smoking in buildings. No firearms. No Pets.
During peak season, rentals are from check-in on Saturday after 4:00 P.M., to the following Saturday at 10:00 A.M.
If a building has not already been rented for an entire week, a shorter stay may be arranged.

Weekend rentals and short stays are available during non-peak seasons.
